Electric Contact Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

Electric Contact Pressure Gauge

Electric Contact Diaphragm Pressure Gauge

General Introduction

Electrical contact pressure gauges are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power stations, and machinery, or as supporting components for electromechanical equipment, to measure the pressure of various non-explosive fluid media. Typically, the gauge is used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components (such as relays and inverters) to achieve automatic control and signal transmission (alarm) for the measured (controlled) pressure of various gas and liquid media.

Structral Principle

An electrical contact pressure gauge consists of a measurement system, indication system, magnetic-assisted electrical contact device, casing, adjustment device, and junction box. A standard electrical contact pressure gauge is suitable for measuring positive and negative pressures of gas and liquid media that do not corrode copper and copper alloys. A stainless steel electrical contact pressure gauge is used for measuring positive and negative pressures of gas and liquid media that do not corrode stainless steel. When the pressure reaches a predetermined value, it signals and connects the control circuit to achieve automatic control and alarm functions.
